If you already have a deadbolt installed these will fit into the existing hole. They are a standard fit with a fixed Backset of 60mm suitable for a door 35-45mm thick. Putting one of these into an existing installation takes less than ten minutes and can be done easily. No further drilling required.

There is a key inside each remote control. The IR-DB will warn you when the battery is getting low¸ usually about ten months. We suggest that you change the batteries within a week or so when the unit starts to warn you of low battery voltage. It will tell you when you need to change them again next time. You may forget  ......   it wont.
